The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.360/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 3 and 4 of the M.P.I.D. Act and Sections 316(2), 316(5) and 318(4), 336(3) and 340(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita.

It is alleged that the complainant is acquainted with one Murtuja Shakir. Said Murtuja Shakir had informed the complainant about Forex Trading and about it's business and investments. He had introduced the complainant with Directors of said company. Co-accused prepared investment formats to create an appearance of legitimacy. They obtained the complainant's signature on the fake agreements. The applicant induced the complainant to bring some more investors. The allegation made against this applicant is that he went to collect an amount of Rs.8,00,000/ with co-accused.

Learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that only on the basis of said allegation, the crime is registered against this applicant along with other coaccused. Co-accused is protected by granting interim protection. Similar role is played by the applicant hence, case is made out to protect the applicant by granting ad interim anticipatory bail.

It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant- Manoj s/o Motiram Dorlikar in connection with Crime No.360/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 3 and 4 of the M.P.I.D. Act and sections 316(2), 316(5) and 318(4), 336(3) and 340(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond

i] The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.
ii] The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.
iii] The applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday and Saturday between 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
iv] The applicant shall co-operate the Investigating Officer.

This protection shall remain in force till next date of hearing.
