DATE : 15th APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- Mr.Bali, the learned counsel submits that he will be appearing on behalf of the first informant (Vinayak Dhanaji Phadke). He has already prepared an intervention application. However, the same is not been filed with the Registry.

The learned A.P.P. submits that the Investigating Officer is not present today. Therefore, a short accommodation be granted. 3.
Mr.Bhoite, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks liberty to add the first informant as party respondent no.2.
KVM 2/2 50 - ABA 968 OF 2025.doc Liberty as prayed is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. It is made clear that if the amendment is not carried out, the anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent no.2, returnable on 23rd April, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Urgent Circulation'.
