The applicants are apprehending their arrest in Crime No.848/2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 296, 316(2), 318(2), 318(4) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023.

It is alleged that the complainant and his mother paid the amount of Rs.1.98 crores towards investment in Overseas Business Ventures, Shares and Land since the applicants promised high return of 42% per annum. It is alleged that such profit was agreed to be given quarterly. The applicants repaid an amount of Rs.38,00,000/- to the complainant towards profit, thereafter they did not pay any amount not return the same and thus applicants cheated him for Rs.1.60 crore. 6.

Counsel for the applicants has stated that this is a money transaction between the applicants and first informant. They were known to each other. The applicant has sold the diamond and gold jewelry to the first informant and cheques were issued to him. Said cheques are misused.

Considering the allegations made against the applicants and monetary transactions between both the parties, the interim protection is granted.

It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicants - Rajkumar s/o Ladharam Israni and Smt. Rekha w/o Rajkumar Israni in connection with Crime No.848/2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 296, 316(2), 318(2), 318(4) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only each with one surety in the like amount.

iv] The applicants shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

v] The applicants shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday and Saturday between 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

vi] The applicants shall co-operate the Investigating Officer.

This protection shall remain in force till next date of hearing.
