DATE : 15th APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- The learned A.P.P. submits that the Investigating Officer is in the process of filing the charge-sheet. He submits that the notice has been issued on the victim's mother. However, no-one is present on behalf of the victim. He submits that the victim is staying in a slum locality. Therefore, the advocate from the Legal Aid be appointed on behalf of the victim.

Advocate Mr.Anshuman Sambre, practicing in this Court is appointed as a counsel to represent the respondent no.2. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant is directed to

Considering the fact that the wife of the present applicant has suffered three stitches which according to the applicant was due to the act of the respondent no.2 and her family members. Both, the applicant and the respondent no.2 are married and are residing in the same vicinity. There are various complaints filed by both the parties against each other. Hence, considering the fact that apart from the present proceedings filed between the applicant and the respondent no.2, there are no other antecedents as far as the present applicant is concerned.

Therefore, till the next date of the hearing, no coercive steps be taken against the present applicant.
