Mr. N.R. Rode, learned A.P.P. waives notice for the non-applicant/State.

The applicants are apprehending arrest in Crime No.532/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 76, 115(2), 351(2) and 352 read with Section 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita. 5.

The allegations are made against these applicants that they molested the first informant and as there was dispute between two families the quarrel took place between them. The applicants along with family members gave fists and blows to the first informant and her family members and also torn the gown of the first informant and has committed the offence.

Learned Advocate for the applicants has stated that the wife of applicant No.1 has lodged the F.I.R. at the earlier point of time of the present F.I.R. The incident took place at 9 p.m. and in the morning of next day the wife of applicant No.1 has lodged complaint making serious allegations against the husband and family members of the

aba973.2025.odt husband and thereafter at 1.59 p.m. first informant has lodged another complaint. Considering the counter complaints against each other and the applications filed by the family members of first informant are pending, the applicants are protected by granting ad interim anticipatory bail.

i) It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicants - Yashwant S/o Sanjay Bhojane and Sanjay S/o Madhukar Bhojane, in connection with Crime No.532/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 76, 115(2), 351(2) and 352 read with Section 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, the applicants shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand each with one solvent surety in the like amount. ii) The applicants shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii) The applicants shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer.

v) The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer. 7.
