Accordingly, the matter was mentioned before this Court in the afternoon session, stating that the interim relief was operated till today. Therefore, this Court thought it fit to take the matter at 04:30 p.m., and accordingly, the mater is taken up. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the respective applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respective non-applicant.

It appears from the record that interim relief was granted by an order dated 23/12/2025 and it was continued from time to time. Considering this fact, list the matter on 28/04/2026. Till then, interim relief (I.R.) to continue.
