The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant had received only Rs.12 lakhs from the informant whereas the First Information Report (FIR) notes that a sum of Rs.22 lakhs has been paid to the applicant. He submits that an allegation is made in the FIR that Rs.10 lakhs was paid in cash. However, no amount was paid in cash. As regards the payment of Rs.12 lakhs, the applicant is ready to repay a sum of Rs.6 lakhs to show his bonafide and the said amount will be deposited within a period of two weeks from today. The balance amount of Rs.6 lakhs will be deposited

The learned counsel appears on behalf of the informant submits that he will file an intervention application on the next date of the hearing.
