The learned advocate for the intervenor submits that an interim application has been filed by the first informant. He submits that the total amount paid by the first informant was Rs.22,00,000/-, out of which Rs.10,00,000/- was paid in cash. A receipt to that effect was tendered, and a copy of the receipt is attached to the interim application. He further submits that the sum of Rs.6,00,000/- tendered today by the applicant is accepted without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.

Since the interim application filed by the first informant is not circulated before this court.

Stand over to 29 April 2025 under the caption "For Directions". 5.

Interim protection, if any, granted earlier to continue till the next date of the hearing.
