Mr. N.R. Rode, learned A.P.P. waives notice for the non-applicant/State.

The applicants are apprehending arrest in Crime No.814/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the applicants have executed a sale deed in favour of first informant showing the property in their name. After receiving the amount of Rs.51,70,000/- they came to know that the documents are not clear and thereafter cancellation deed was executed. At that time, the applicants have returned the amount of Rs.10,00,000/-.

Now, the learned Advocate for the applicants states that the applicant No.2 is the old aged lady. Applicants are ready to deposit the amount of Rs.20,00,000/- within two weeks.

Considering the age of the applicant No.2 and as N.O.C. was not issued by the society is the main issue in this case, the applicants are protected by granting ad interim anticipatory bail. 8.
Direction is given to the Registry to accept Rs.20,00,000/- to be deposited by the applicants within a period of two weeks. i) It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicants - Ashish S/o Waman Belekar and Nalini Wd/o Waman Belekar, in connection with Crime No.814/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicants shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand each with one solvent surety in the like amount.
ii) The applicants shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.
iii) The applicants shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.
iv) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer.
v) The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer. 9.
