The applicants are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No. 972/2025, registered with Police Station Khadan, District Akola, for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 351(4) read with Section 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant shall show his bona fides by paying Rs. 5,00,000/-. Learned counsel submits that he will take efforts so that the entire amount is paid to the complainant.

Considering the submissions and the fact that the applicants have shown their bonafide by paying the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/-, ad interim protection can be granted. In the result, following order:

58aba980.2025...odt i) Pending the applications, in the event of arrest, the applicants be released on furnishing a P.R. bond of Rs. 25,000/- each with one solvent surety each in the like amount.

ii) The applicants shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required.

iii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall cooperate in the investigation. JUDGE Belkhede
