The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.346/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 108, 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

It is alleged that the brother of the deceased has lodged the complaint that his brother has committed suicide and thereafter when he saw the video in the mobile of the deceased he found that the deceased has stated that the accused have forcibly executed the sale deed in their favour and that might be the reason for committing the suicide by the deceased.

Learned Senior Advocate has stated that this applicant is no way concerned with the death of the deceased. He has not executed any sale deed. There is no monetary transaction between this applicant and the deceased and only because the name of this applicant is mentioned, crime is registered against this applicant.

aba983.2025.odt Considering the allegations made against this applicant, he is protected by granting ad interim anticipatory bail. i) It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant - Sandip Arun Kharad, in connection with Crime No.346/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 108, 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, the applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rupees Twenty Five Thousand each with one solvent surety in the like amount. ii) The applicant shall not in any way tamper with the prosecution evidence.

iii) The applicant shall not pressurize or threaten the prosecution witnesses.

iv) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer.

v) The applicant shall co-operate with the Investigating Officer. 7.
