The learned senior counsel for the applicant submits that the anticipatory bail application has been filed before the Sessions Court at Pune and the same is coming up for hearing on 11 April 2025. 2.

Since, the anticipatory bail application is pending before the Sessions Court and is coming up for hearing on 11 April 2025. In my view, suffice would be the purpose if the learned Sessions Judge be directed to hear the parties and pass an order if possible by 11 April 2025.
