Complainant - Malina Narayan Kirtaniya, who came from Gadchiroli, appeared and requested to take up the matter on board. She submits that she is not capable of appointing the counsel and requested to provide legal aid by appointing a counsel from the panel of Advocates for assist to prosecution.

Accordingly, the matter is taken on board today. Ms. Astha Sharma, Advocate is appointed to represent the complainant in the matter for assist to prosecution. 4.
