Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned APP for the State. 2.
The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 248/2025 registered with Police Station, Sonala, Dist. Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 118(1), 125, 125(a), 125(b), 189(2), 189(3), 189(4), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 298, 300 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3.
Since, the other co-accused allegedly having a similar role have either been released on bail or protected by interim orders, the present applicants also need to be protected till disposal of this application.

In view of the above and considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants, I am inclined to grant ad-interim protection to the applicants. 5.
In the event of arrest of applicants - (1) Sheikh Said Sheikh Karim (2) Najiroddin Jakiroddin Mirza; and (3) Akram Khan Yusuf Khan in connection with Crime No.
2 70 aba992.25.odt 248/2025 registered with Police Station, Sonala, Dist. Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 118(1), 125, 125(a), 125(b), 189(2), 189(3), 189(4), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 298, 300 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, they be released on bail on furnishing a PR bond of Rs.25,000/- each (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with one solvent surety each in the like amount. 5.
The applicants/accused are hereby directed not to enter into the limits of village Bawanbir, Taluka Sangrampur, Dist. Buldhana during the pendency of the present application.

The applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer to facilitate the investigation.

The applicants shall cooperate with the investigating agency.
8.
The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case as also shall not tamper with the evidence.
9.
The applicants shall not indulge in any activity or in a similar type of offence.
10.
Breach of either of the conditions would give rise to the prosecution to move to this Court for vacating the adinterim protection. 11.
Stand over to 21.01.2026.
