Mr. Shalgaonkar, the learned A.P.P. submits that, copy of the Anticipatory Bail Application has not been served on the State. He submits that the present applicant is absconding for more than 11 years from the date of the offence and pre-arrest bail application was filed in the Court of Sessions, in the year 2024. It was rejected after hearing advocate for the applicant. Therefore, the present pre-arrest bail application has been filed before this Court. 3.

The applicant is directed to serve the copy of the application on the State by the next date.
