Mr. Palkar, the learned APP submits that copy of the present Anticipatory Bail Application has been served now in the Court room. 2.
The learned APP submitted that according to the investigating officer, the amount involved is Rs. 6,34,26,080/-. 3.
Mr. Pawar, appearing for the applicant seeks liberty to add the first informant as party-respondent No. 2. Liberty as prayed is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. It is made clear that if the amendment is not carried out, the Anticipatory Bail Application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 4.
Issue notice to the newly added respondent No. 2 returnable 23rd April, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Urgent Circulation'.

Mr. Pawar, appearing for the applicant submits that, according to Vishal Parekar, PS
918-aba-1019-2025.doc the applicant, the amount involved now stands to Rs. 1,18,53,632/-. The applicant is ready to deposit the said amount before this Court and to that effect an affidavit cum undertaking will be filed by the next date. To show his further bonafide, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicant, the applicant is ready to deposit a sum of Rs. 10 lakhs in the Registry tomorrow and Rs. 15 lakhs by 22nd April, 2025.

The statement made by Advocate Mr. Pawar on behalf of the applicant is accepted as an undertaking before this Court. 7.
The applicant is permitted to deposit a sum of Rs. 10 lakhs with the Registry of this Court by tomorrow and Rs. 15 lakhs by 22nd April, 2025.

In view of the statement being made by Mr. Pawar on behalf of the applicant depositing the amount of Rs. 25 lakhs in this Court, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, till the next date of hearing no coercive steps be taken against the present applicant.
