Mr. Pawar, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to the bank account of the applicant been frozen, therefore the applicant was not able to deposit a sum of Rs.10 lacs in the Registry of this Court. He requests that the applicant be permitted to deposit a sum of Rs. 10 lacs by cash in the Registry of this Court by Saturday, 19th April, 2025.

The applicant is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10 lacs in the Registry of this Court by 19th April, 2025 by cash/demand draft. 4.

Rest of the order dated 16th April, 2025 remains unaltered.
