DATE : 5th MAY, 2025 P.C. :- Mr. Pawar, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks a short accommodation to file additional affidavit. He has pointed out page 239, where a chart has been shown about the investment being made by the victim. He submits that infact there is a chart, a lesser amount has been shown as far as the complainant - Suraj Chougule is concerned.

Mr. Pawar on instructions from his client submits that by 20th

KVM 2/2 33 - ABA 1019 OF 2025.doc May, 2025, a further sum of Rs.5 Lakhs will be deposited by the present applicant in this Court and thereafter on 4th June 2025, further sum of Rs.5 Lakhs will be deposited in this Court. He submits that on every 4th day of the month and every 20th day of month, a sum of Rs. 5 Lakhs will be deposited before the Registry of this Court. The statement made by Mr.Pawar on behalf of his client is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court by the applicant. The applicant is permitted to deposit a sum of Rs.5 Lakhs on 20th May, 2025 in the Registry of this Court and a further sum of Rs.5 Lakhs on 4th June, 2025 and Rs.5 Lakhs on 20th June 2025 before the Registry of this Court.

Stand over to 23rd June, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Directions'.

The payment will be deposited by the present applicant will be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the applicant and the complainant.

The ad-interim protection granted earlier, if any, to continue till the next date of the hearing.
