This is an application for Anticipatory Bail. 2.

In view of the subsequent development, the learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the present application qua applicant No.2.

The applicant Nos. 1 and 3 are apprehending their arrest in Crime No. 831 of 2024 registered at Goregaon Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 420 & 465 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is the case of the prosecution that the applicants in furtherance to their common intention got prepared certain forged documents. It is alleged that on the basis of the said documents, they defrauded the complainant of Rs.16,00,000/-. 7.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the parties have amicably settled their dispute. It is submitted that there are no criminal antecedents against the applicants. It is further submitted that there is no need of custodial interrogation. 9.

The fact of settlement is not disputed. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to release the applicants on anticipatory 2/3

bail. In the result, the following order is passed :

O R D E R

a) The Application is allowed.

b) In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with Crime No. 831 of 2024 registered at Goregaon Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 420 & 465 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount.
