This Court passed the following Order on 24th September 2025 :- "1.
Ms. Priyanka Chavan, learned Counsel appointed through the High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai for the Respondent No. 2, states that she is in personal difficulty and therefore, she will not be able to appear for few days. Accordingly, Ms. Priyanka Chavan, learned Counsel is discharged from this case. She further states that the Respondent No.2 has informed her that she would be engaging a private Advocate. However, today none appears for the Respondent No.2.

Accordingly, to give one more opportunity to the Respondent No.2, stand over to 26th September 2025. The Investigating Officer shall communicate to the Respondent No.2 i.e. First Informant about the next date of hearing of this Anticipatory Bail Application.

It is made clear that, if on the next date none appears for the Respondent No.2, then this Court will proceed with the hearing of the Anticipatory Bail Application. 4.
Ad interim protection, granted earlier, shall remain in operation till next date."

Mr. Karmarkar, learned APP for the Respondent-State, states that pursuant to the said Order, intimation has been given to the Respondent No.2. However, none appears for the Respondent No.2. 3.
Accordingly, Mr. Kishor Patil, learned Counsel of this Court, is appointed as Amicus to represent the interest of the Respondent No.2. 4.
Stand over to 30th September 2025. To be shown fairly 'high on board'.
