Mr. Mehta, learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to add the first informant a party respondent no.2. 2.
Liberty granted as prayed for. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. If the amendment is not carried out forthwith the anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.

Issue notice to respondent no. 2 returnable on 29 April 2025. Apart from Court notice, advocate for the applicant is permitted to serve respondent no.2 by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service to that effect before the next date of the hearing.

APP to serve a copy of the anticipatory bail application on the respondent no.2 through the investigating officer. 5.
Mr. Mehta submits that there was protection granted by the Sessions Court by an order dated 21 March 2025 to the present applicant.

In view of the protection granted to the present applicant by the Sessions Court during the pendency of the pre-arrest bail application before the Sessions Court, no coercive steps be taken against the present applicant till the next date of hearing. 7.
Stand over to 29 April 2025, matter to come up under the caption "for urgent circulation."
