The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is matrimonial dispute between the present applicant (wife) and the first informant, pursuant to which the present FIR has been lodged. He seeks liberty to add the first informant as party respondent no.3. 2.
Liberty granted as prayed for. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. If the amendment is not carried out forthwith, the anticipatory bail application will stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
