It is submitted before me that the third respondent is appearing through the learned counsel Mr. Sunil Yadav. The applicant is the wife of the third respondent. There is an allegation that the applicant has brutally assaulted the third respondent, due to which the third respondent (husband) has fled from Mumbai and is staying at Uttar Pradesh. The applicant (wife) is working as senior executive with the Kotak Mahindra Bank, Mumbai. Out of the wedlock of the applicant's with third respondent, there is a 21 years old son. Unfortunately, he has become drug addict.

Both the learned counsel, on instructions of their clients agreed that they will try to reach out for a settlement, hence a Mediator be appointed, to help them, for resolving their issues. 3.
By consent of both the parties, Smt. Justice Anuja Prabhudessai, Former Judge of this High Court, having address : 106, Arcadia Building, NCPA Marg, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021 (Email : desaianuja@yahoo.com, Mobile No. 9823855445) is appointed as a mediator.

The parties are directed to appear before the mediator physically/through V.C. on 3/5/2025, at 11.00 a.m. 5.
The applicant is ready to pay the charges of the mediation. 6.
Stand over to 9/5/2025. Matter to come up under the caption "for directions".

In the meantime, till the next date of the hearing, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant.
