: RAJESH S. PATIL, J.

DATED : APRIL 28, 2025 P.C.:

1.

The learned APP submits that bailable warrant has been issued by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, 59 Court, Kurla against the present applicant, therefore the present anticipatory bail application has now become infructuous.

2.

I have already taken up a view in the case of Rohan Shankar Nikam vs. The State Of Maharashtra and Anr (ABA NO.464 of 2025) that once a warrant has been issued the anticipatory bail application become infructuous.

3.

Anticipatory bail application is disposed off as it has become infructuous.
