The applicant is directed to handover his mobile phone which is of company called as 'Mi', to the Investigating Officer by tomorrow i.e. 29th April, 2025 by 8:00 p.m. alongwith password of the said mobile and to record his statement. So also, password of social media of his Instagram account and also if he has separate password of his WhatsApp. The Investigating Officer thereafter can take necessary action in order to retrieve any messages that might have been deleted.

In the meanwhile, the applicant should not be arrested by the Investigating Officer till the next date of the hearing. 5.
