The learned APP submits that the present offence involves an online payment made by the first informant to the present applicant. He further submits that the applicant claims to be a doctor. However, as per the police report, the applicant has abandoned the noble profession of medicine, and the premises which he had originally taken on leave and license to run hospital, have now been converted into a hotel. He further submits that promissory note has been executed by the present applicant, along with an undertaking given to the first informant. Additionally, based on the information collected by the investigating officer, the applicant has approximately 15 criminal antecedents against him.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the copies of Amol D. Nawale

961-ABA-1067-2025 (CR) .doc the documents relied upon by the learned Senior Advocate Mr. Pasbola, for the first informant should be furnished to him. The learned Senior Advocate Mr. Pasbola undertakes to provide photocopies of the documents relied upon on behalf of the first informant. 3.
