Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the applicant in ABA/1069/2025 submits that the applicant in the present ABA and in the connected ABA are the students of Engineering College, so also, the first informant is also student of Engineering College. The first informant is second year student of degree course and the applicants are third year students of degree course. The examination of the present applicants would be starting from 24 April 2025. The timetable of the

examination is annexed at page 17 of the ABA/1069/2025. The applicants are studying in T.Y.B. Tech. (Computers). He submits that sympathy be shown towards the applicants since the main accused in the crime Yash Devade is behind bars. As far as the present applicants are concerned it has been alleged that they have used their hands to assault the first informant, unlike Yash Devade, who used iron bar. He submits that applicants be permitted to appear in the semester examination-VI scheduled from 24 April 2025. The applicants are ready to comply with any stringent conditions impose by this Court. He submits that the incident which occurred was an unfortunate one and the applicants are ready to file an affidavit of apology to the first informant and also to the principal of the college. He submits that he is desired to add the principal of the college and the father of the first informant as party respondents.

Applicants are permitted to add the principal of Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering as respondent no.2 and the father of the first informant (Swapnil Bhagwat Bavne) as party respondent no. 3. 3.

Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

The learned APP undertake to serve copies of the anticipatory bail application on the newly added respondent nos. 2 and

3. The newly added respondents are permitted to appear before this

Court through video conferencing.

Stand over to 23 April 2025, matter to come on 12.30 noon under the caption "for urgent circulation."
