On behalf of the applicant it is submitted that his examination form for Semester-V and Semester-VI are not filled up, and it can be filled up after paying required fees and late fees, if any. It is further submitted that the applicant would voluntarily do a social work as suggested by the Principal of the college on 30/4/2025 and 1/5/2025.

After hearing all the parties and the Principal of the college and the Controller Examination appearing with the Principal through video conferencing, the applicant - Pruthvi Bhujang Dahifale is permitted to fill his examination forms for Semester-V and SemesterVI today by paying required fees and late fees, if any. The college will accept the same.

So also, the applicant - Pruthvi Bhujang Dahifale is permitted as per his request to do social work as suggested by the Principal of the college on 30/4/2025 and 1/5/2025 for four hours daily. 5.
The applicant - Pruthvi Bhujang Dahifale would only for the purpose of doing social work and for the purpose of attending examination, enter and be in the campus of the college. 6.
The applicant - Pruthvi Bhujang Dahifale is permitted to appear and write for his Semester - V examination on 28/4/2025 -

So also, he is permitted to appear for his examination paper of Semester-VI being (i) on 26/4/2025Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering, (ii) on 29/4/2025 - Infrastructural Engineering and (iii) on 6/5/2025 - Elective - II Remote Sensing & Geographic Information System and Advanced Concrete Technology.

This matter would thereafter appear before this Court on 7/5/2025 under the caption "for Directions".

The Principal Dr. Bhosale is permitted to appear on the next date of the hearing through video conferencing. 9.
In the meanwhile, the applicant Pruthvi Bhujang Dahifale should not be arrested.
ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO. 1069/2025 10.
Dr. Bhosale pointed out that in the order dated 23/4/2025, in paragraph 3 submissions made by Dr. Bhosale has inadvertently written that there was the earlier backlog as far as Jayram Manik Palve is concerned, therefore, he would not be appeared for the examination. He submits that it was actually because of non completion of the academic year of the term. Hence, in the order dated 3/4/2025, in paragraph 3, line 5 the words "due to the earlier
Diksha Rane 901 ABA 1094-2025.doc backlog" be deleted and the words "due to non compliance of the academic term" should be added. Rest of the order remains the same. 11.
Mr. Patil, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant - Jayram Manik Palwe today has tendered an affidavit-cumundertaking of the applicant - Jayram Manik Palwe. The said affidavit dated 23/4/2025 is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. A scanned copy of the same for ease of reference is reproduced herein below.

After hearing Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the applicant and the Principal of the college and the Controller Examination appearing with the Principal through video conferencing, I am view that since due to less attendance and due to non submissions of the
Diksha Rane 901 ABA 1094-2025.doc assignment and other required practicals, therefore, the college is of the view that the student Jayram Manik Palwe is not eligible to appear for the examination. The Principal submitted that he can reappear with other students who have problems with their attendance, shall be appearing for re-examination after completion of the necessary requirements.

Hence, the applicant - Jayram Manik Palwe is permitted to appear for Semester-V paper - Elective-I Machine Learning Cryptology and Network Security on 5/5/2025.

As Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the applicant desires that the applicant is ready to do some kind of the social work as directed by the Principal of the college.

The applicant is permitted to attend the college for the purpose of doing social work for four hours on 2/5/2025 and 3/5/2025 as suggested by the Principal of the college. So also, the applicant Jayram Manik Palwe would attend the college from 6/5/2025 and follow all the instructions of the college which would be pertaining to the practicals, assignments and submissions so that it is enable him to attend the examination which would likely to be conducted in the third week of June 2025.

The applicant will also pay necessary fees for examination and re-examination or late fees within a period of one week from today. 17.
Post this matter for further hearing on 10/6/2025 under the caption "for directions".

In the meanwhile, till the next date of the hearing, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant by the police authorities. 19.
In case, there are any technical difficulties, the parties are free to approach this Court.
