No.2) (Anticipatory Bail Application No.1094 of 2025) and Ms. Yadav, learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State. 2.
By these applications filed by the Applicants under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, they are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.145 of 2025 registered with Wakad Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune,for the offences punishable under Sections 135, 37(1), 37(3), 109(1), 115(2), 118(2), 189(2), 189(3), 190, 191(2) and 352 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

As per the prosecution case, both the First Informant and the accused are students of Engineering College and some dispute took place between the students and in that dispute the First Informant was assaulted.

A learned Single Judge by order dated 22nd April 2025 has granted interim protection and thereafter, modified the same by order dated 25th April 2025 by imposing certain conditions including directing performance of social work as directed by the Principal of the College.

Mr. Gaware Patil and Mr. Chaudhari, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants submit that both the Applicants have complied with the order dated 25th April 2025 passed by a learned Single Judge. Both the learned Counsel tendered affidavits of compliance.

Ms. Yadav, learned APP strongly opposes the Anticipatory Bail Applications.

The Applicants are students. The ad-interim protection is already granted by a learned Single Judge by order dated 22nd April 2025 which continues till date. There is nothing to indicate that the Applicants have misused the liberty granted by this Court. 8.
Accordingly, the case is made out for grant of Anticipatory Bail. In view thereof, the following order is passed:
O R D E R
(a) In the event of arrest of the Applicant-Pruthvi Bhujang Dahifale (Anticipatory Bail Application No.1094 of 2025) and Applicant-Jayram Manik Palve (Anticipatory Bail Application No.1069 of 2025) in
connection with C.R. No.145 of 2025 registered with the Wakad Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, the Applicants are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount each.
(b) The Applicants shall attend the Wakad Police Station, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune, as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall cooperate with the investigation.
(c) The Applicants shall furnish their cell phone number and residential address to the Investigating Officer and shall keep the same updated, in case of any change thereto.
(d) The Applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat, or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade such a person from disclosing the facts to the Court or to any Police personnel.
(e) The Applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and shall not contact or influence the
Complainant or any witness in any manner.
