Mr. Bhosale, principal of Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering has appeared through video conference. So also, Advocate Mr. Sharma has appeared on behalf of the first informant through video conference.

Mr. Mishra submits that he wants to file a reply to the anticipatory bail applications of the applicants, therefore, short time may be granted to him.

Mr. Bhosale submits that the examination starts from 24 April 2025 with regards to both the applicants but however, Jayram Palve would not be eligible to appear in this exam. Coy of the timetable of examination is annexed at page 17 of ABA/1069/2025. He submits that due to the earlier backlog, Jayram Palve would not be eligible to appear for the examination starting from 24 April 2025. Jayram Palve can appear for examination to be held on 5 May 2025 of 3rd year of Machine Learning. As far as the Pruthvi Dahifale is concerned, who is applicant in ABA/1069/2025, his examination starts from 24 April 2025 and he will also have a paper on 26 April 2025 being a student of T.Y.B.Tech (Civil).

Without considering the matter on merits, as of today, the applicant Pruthvi Dahifale is permitted to appear for the examination to be held on 24 April 2025 and 26 April 2025 individually. 5.
It is made clear that both the applicants should not contact in any form to the first informant and his family members/friends, so also, the witnesses.

Stand over to 25 April 2025, matter to come up first on board.
