3) Mr. Das, learned Counsel who had represented the original complainant on the earlier occasion, is present. 4) The Learned APP and Mr. Das pointed the Order dated 25th March 2025, passed in earlier Anticipatory Bail Application No.305 of 2025 and stated that said Anticipatory Bail Application was withdrawn by the Applicant and his co-accused as they did not comply with the undertaking given by them at the time of grant of ad-interim relief. 1/2
