The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that the applicant and the informant were previously in a love relationship. Upon learning of this relationship, the informant's mother and brother compelled her to lodge the complaint. The applicant and the informant were legally married on 27 December 2024, as evidenced by a Marriage Certificate issued by the competent authority. Although the FIR alleges that the applicant threatened the informant on 25 December 2024, it is brought to the Court's attention that both the applicant and the informant jointly informed the concerned police station about their marriage. Additionally a joint affidavit filed by the applicant and the informant affirms their marriage on 27 December 2024.

By consent, stand over to 31 July 2025.
