Mr. Dighe, appearing for the applicants submits that the dispute pertains to a sum of Rs.2,21,000/- and he has instructions that the applicants are ready to deposit the said amount admitting the guilt in the Registry of this Court. Liberty is granted to the applicant to deposit a sum of Rs.2,21,000/-.
