1.
Mr. Dighe, learned counsel for the applicants submtis that there is a typographical error in the order dated 22 April 2025. In line no. 3 of paragraph no. 3 the word "without" is missing, therefore, the same should be added.
2.
By consent of the learned counsel for both the parties, in line no. 3 of paragraph no. 3 the word "without" be added between the words 'amount and admitting' in the order dated 22 April 2025. Rest of the order remains unaltered.
3.
Mr. Dighe, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have deposited a sum of Rs.2,21,000/- with the Registry of this Court without admitting the guilt.
4.
The learned APP submits on instructions that the investigating officer has informed the respondent no. 2 about the present proceeding being filed and orders being passed by this Court. He further submits that as per the instructions of the investigating officer, the custody of the present applicants is not necessary as the applicants without admitting the guilt and without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, have deposited an amount mentioned in the FIR.
5.
After hearing Mr. Dighe, learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP, I am satisfied that the case is made out to allow the present pre-arrest bail application. Hence, I pass the following order.
