The applicant apprehends arrest. The FIR is dated 24 February 2025. The anticipatory bail application filed before the Sessions Court, Malegaon, Nashik was rejected on 2 April 2025. 2.

The learned APP placed on record an order dated 9 April 2025 of this Court by which the anticipatory bail application of the co-accused has been rejected. The learned APP would further submit that the applicant is not found at the present address which is indicated in the anticipatory bail application.

The learned counsel for the applicant would refute these submissions to state that as far as the present applicant is concerned, his name is not even mentioned in the FIR.

In my view, considering the subsequent developments, the fact that Pallavi

7-ABA-1102-2025.doc the FIR is dated 24 February 2025 and the impugned order of the Sessions Court is dated 2 April 2025, there is no imminent urgency. 5.

However, liberty to the applicant to move the Vacation Court subject to extreme urgency, if any.
