ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO. 1103 OF 2025 3.
The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is connected Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1100 of 2025 of the coaccused and the same matter is not shown on board inspite of earlier directions given by this Court. He further submits that during the pendency of the pre-arrest bail application before the Sessions Court, there was protection granted to the present applicant. However, after the same was decided by the Sessions Court, the said protection was not continued.

Stand over to 9th June, 2025. To be shown alongwith ABA/1100/2025.
