The learned APP, on instructions, informs the Court that Sections 465, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code have now been added in the present crime. In view of the same, the
learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the application. Leave granted as prayed for. The necessary amendment shall be carried out within one week from today. 3.
The interim protection granted earlier shall remain in force until the next date.
