Heard and gone through the contents of the interim application. 3.

In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Jagjeet Singh & Ors. vs. Ashish Mishra @Monu & Anr., in Criminal Appeal No. 632 of 2022, wherein it is held that a victim is entitled to be heard during adjudication of bail application of the accused.

In view of the same, the interim application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Amendment to be carried out forthwith. The amended copy of the anticipatory bail application be served on the other side. 6.

In view of the above, this interim application is disposed of. ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION NO. 1109 OF 2025 7.
