After having heard the matter for substantial time and upon this Court expressing the view that this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Anticipatory Bail Application, Mr. Eliya Ghodke, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instructions from the Applicant seeks leave to unconditionally withdraw the above said Application. Leave to withdraw the Application for bail was granted by accepting the statement made by the learned Advocate for the Applicant. 2.
