Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the respondent no. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would state on instructions that settlement/mediation talks are underway between the parties where an attempt is made to resolve the disputes.

Bhosale, learned APP on instructions of the Mr. Rajendra Bhondave, officer who is present in the Court from Satara City, Shahupuri Police Station would state that until next date of hearing, the applicant will not be arrested. Her statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court, to operate until the adjourned date of hearing.
