At the outset, Mr. Mangaonkar, learned APP states that the Applicants are not attending the Police Station, although, they have been called on three occasions.

Mr. Talhar, learned Counsel for the Applicants states that no such communication has been received from the Police, however, he states that the Applicants are ready to attend the Police Station. 3.
Mr. Talhar, states that without prejudice to the contentions of the Applicants, the Respondent No.2 be allowed to withdraw the amount deposited by the Applicants in this Court. Accordingly, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, the Respondent No.2 is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.13,10,000/- deposited in this Court pursuant to the Order dated 24th June 2025 passed by a learned Single Judge (R.N. Laddha, J.). 4.
Accordingly, the Applicants shall attend the Police Station on 13th October 2025, 14th October 2025 and 15th October 2025 between 11.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants tenders short Affidavit on behalf of the Applicants in response to the Additional documents filed by the Respondent No.2.
