DATE : 24th APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- Mr.Mundargi, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that at page 34 and 35 of the present anticipatory bail application, reply of the State filed before the Sessions Court has been attached. The description of around 21 properties belonging to the present applicant and family members is mentioned therein which includes 14 flats and 7 shops, all in the locality of Borivali, Mumbai. He submits that without admitting the guilt, the applicant is ready to deposit the title deeds of all the 21 properties with the IO's office by tomorrow by 5:00

He further seeks liberty to file an affidavit which would be an affidavit of disclosure of the assets belonging to the present applicant and her family members.

Liberty as prayed is granted to the applicant. The applicant can file an affidavit by 28th April, 2025 which will be in terms of affidavit of disclosure. Further the applicant is also permitted to handover the title deeds of 21 properties as mentioned at pages 34 and 35 of the present anticipatory bail application with the office of the Investigating Officer tomorrow i.e. 25th April, 2025 by evening by 5:00 p.m.

Place the matter on board on 29th April, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Directions'.

Since it is the case of the applicant that the applicant is a survivor of "Cancer" and the fact that the applicant is a lady whose husband is also one of the accused who is granted anticipatory bail by the Court of Sessions, and the applicant being a senior citizen, hence till the next date of the hearing, no coercive steps be taken against the applicant by the police.
