The applicant had filed an affidavit, pursuant to which he deposited the title deeds of twenty-one properties with the IO. However, as the parties are not able to reach out for any kind of workable arrangement, the learned counsel Mr. Mundargi seeks liberty to take back the title documents from the IO, and argue the

Mr. Maneshinde, the learned senior counsel appearing for respondent no.2, has no objection if the title documents are returned back and the matter is heard on merits.

The learned APP submits that out of the twenty-one properties, the concerned IO has already taken steps to attach six properties. As regards remaining fifteen properties, the IO will take further steps. 4.
As regards the title documents, deposited by the applicant, the IO shall return those documents to the applicant by tomorrow. 5.
By consent of all the parties, the matter is now heard on merits. Closed for orders/judgment.
6.
The ad-interim protection granted earlier to continue till the pronouncement of the order/judgment.
