DATE : 24th APRIL, 2025 P.C. :- The learned A.P.P. submits that the first informant needs to be added as a party respondent. The applicants are directed to add the first informant - bank as a party respondent no.2. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent no.2, returnable on 30th April, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Urgent Circulation'.

Apart from the Court notice, the applicants are also permitted to serve the respondent no.2 by private service, by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date of the

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the meantime, interim relief be granted to the present applicants. The learned A.P.P. has opposed this application on the ground that the borrowed loan was of the year 2010 and in the year 2011, the parties entered into partition of land in the Civil Court. The said fact was behind the back of the bank.

In view of the same, no case is made out for grant of any adinterim relief. [RAJESH S. PATIL, J.]
