The Applicants to attend the concerned police station from 15th to 27th between 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and shall co-operate in the investigation.

In the meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the Applicants - Gopal Bhiku Sid, Shekhabai Gopal Sid and Tanaji Gopal Sid in connection with C.R. No.186 of 2025 registered with Akluj Police Station, District: Solapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 3(5) and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short, "BNS Act"), they be released on furnishing Personal Bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one surety in the like amount.
