This application is filed as the applicants apprehend arrest. This was moved before the vacation Court by way of praecipe stating urgency that Applicant no.2 is a married lady and is a mother of specially abled child. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record with their assistance. The allegations arise out of Sections 74, 115(2), 352, 359(2), 289, 125(A), 6(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 8 of POCSO Act. The allegations appear to be serious, in respect of which investigation is underway.

Learned counsel for the applicants points out that charge-sheet is filed on 27 March 2025.

Mr. Shekhawat, learned counsel appears for the complainant. He would submit that he has been instructed only today to appear and seeks leave to file Vakalatnama. Leave to file Vakalatnama on or before the next date of hearing. Learned counsel for the complainant would also file a reply on or before the next date of hearing. A copy of reply be served upon learned counsel for the applicants. The State shall also file their reply, if required/necessary on or before the adjourned date of hearing. 5.
List the matter on 10 June 2025 before the regular Court. 6.
