"1. At the outset, Ms. Newton, learned APP states that there is one antecedent, which has not been disclosed in the Anticipatory Bail Application.
2. Ms. Sheetal Tanpure, learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks time to take instructions.
3. Accordingly, stand over to 29th January 2026. To be shown fairly high on board."

Mr. Mundargi, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, after taking instructions confirms that there is one antecedent and same has not been disclosed in the Anticipatory Bail Application. He submits that he has instructions to withdraw the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh the Anticipatory Bail Application by giving details of the antecedent. 3.
He only submits that the protection which has been granted by a learned Single Judge by order dated 28th April 2025 be continued for a reasonable period.

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty as sought. 5.
No coercive steps be taken against the Applicant for a period of two weeks from today.
