The learned APP submits that the informed had appeared before the Sessions Court with the advocate. She submits that the order of the Sessions Court has not been annexed to the present anticipatory bail application.

The applicant is directed to annex the copy of the order passed by the Sessions Court, as soon as it is made available. 3.

Stand over to 29/4/2025.

The learned counsel for the applicant prays for interim relief. 5.

The learned APP has opposed any prayer to be granted

I have gone through the contents of the anticipatory bail application. As per the FIR, there are specific allegations against the present applicant that while the informant on 9/4/2025 while checking his Facebook APP, he had seen some derogative messages to be uploaded by the present applicant. After going through the contents of the same, the same appeared to be filthy. The Sessions Court after hearing the learned counsel for the applicant rejected the pre-arrest bail application filed by the applicant. The applicant's mobile phone has to be recovered and checked about the derogative messages to be uploaded by the present applicant on the Facebook. 7.

In view of the same, ad-interim relief prays by the present applicant is rejected.
