The present matter pertains to the Sections 498-A and 306 of the Indian Penal Code invoked the present crime. The informant has not been added as party respondent to the present proceeding. I am of the view that the informant needs to be heard in the present proceeding.

Hence, the applicant is permitted to add the informant as party respondent no.2 in the present proceeding. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. If the amendment is not carried, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed without reference to this Court. The learned APP to serve the amended copy of the anticipatory bail

Issue notice to the newly added respondent no.2, returnable on 7/5/2025. Apart from the Court notice, advocate for the applicant is permitted to serve the newly added respondent no.2 by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service to that effect before the next date of the hearing. 4.
