The learned counsel for the applicant submits that date 29/4/2025 is not convenient for him, therefore, the matter be kept on 2/5/2025.

Stand over to 2/5/2025.

The learned APP submits that in the present proceeding the informant should be added as party respondent no.2. 5.

Hence, the applicant is permitted to add the informant as party

If the amendment is not carried, the anticipatory bail application stands dismissed without reference to this Court. The learned APP to serve the amended copy of the anticipatory bail application to the newly added respondent no.2 through IO.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent no.2, returnable on 2/5/2025. Apart from the Court notice, advocate for the applicant is permitted to serve the respondent/s by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service to that effect before the next date of the hearing.
